This plugin allows you to easily change the permalinks of any custom post type beyond what is available through the standard Rewrite Slug settings through WordPress (and Pods). If you need to be able to add a mixture of terms from the taxonomy or the %year, %month and %day variables only to the permalinks of your Custom Post Type, this plugin will let you do that on an individual level for each Custom Post Type and Taxonomy.
