This plugin works perfectly with Pods Custom Post Types. To Enable for your Custom Post Types, go into Settings, Nested Pages and the Post Types tab:
Enable by checking the post types you want to use Nested Pages with; you will note this plugin works for both hierarchical and non-hierarchical (the default) post types.
